Greetings! I’m Marc Sardi, a sustainable floral designer based in Montreal. After having worked for 20 years in the environmental field, I now devote my career to the passion that drives me: creating unforgettable floral moments for the most significant events in your life.
Having studied and practiced wildlife biology and horticulture, I draw inspiration from Nature and the interactions between the species it harbours to create my compositions.
I have a keen interest in the art of still life, drawing much inspiration for my arrangements from European floral paintings of the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries. My passion for photography motivates me to capture the light on my arrangements, aiming to immortalize their ephemeral beauty, thus attempting to emulate the Baroque masters.
The Hermit Thrush in my logo symbolizes my passion for native birds, but also my unbreakable bond with Nature. It reminds me of the absolute tranquility I experience when I’m alone in the forest, listening to the bird’s evanescent song.

my garden
MY URBAN GARDEN IS A SOURCE OF UNCANNY INSPIRATION. NOT ONLY IS IT A PLACE WHERE I GROW COVETED VARIETIES OF TULIPS, DAFFODILS, ROSES, AND DAHLIAS, ALONGSIDE BERRIES AND PLANTS NATIVE TO QUEBEC, IT IS ALSO A PLACE I GO TO FORGET ABOUT EVERYTHING ELSE. I OBSERVE MY GARDEN EVERY DAY, EVEN IN WINTER, AND GATHER FROM IT UNUSUAL BEAUTIES THAT FIND THEIR SPECIAL PLACE IN MY DESIGNS.
